First Nations women like Tania carry the responsibility of caring for others with incredible grace.
Motivation and Experience
As the primary carer for her aging parents, Tania recognised that refilling her cup was necessary so that she could keep caring for her loved ones. That’s why she joined our Wellbeing Program in Port Macquarie, where she rediscovered her sense of self, built meaningful connections with other women, and found renewed confidence and strength within herself.
Program Impact Statement
Our Wellbeing Program exists to give First Nations women space, support, and community to prioritise their wellbeing. The ripple effect is powerful — stronger individuals, stronger families, and stronger communities.
Program Overview and Context
The Wellbeing Program is a dedicated initiative that gives First Nations women space, support, and community to prioritise their own wellbeing. Recognising that caregiving often comes at a personal cost, the program creates opportunities for women to reconnect with themselves, build meaningful relationships, and strengthen their confidence — benefits that ripple outward to families and communities alike.
