These deadly sisters are inspiring each other and will be an inspiration to you too!

Hayley and Everlyn are Aspirants at our Rooty Hill Hub and have jumped in boot first to our Breaking Ground program!

Breaking Ground, a partnership with Lendlease, Productivity Bootcamp and Real Futures, is a program giving First Nations women their start in the construction industry.

The sisters attended a WB2C tour of the Productivity Bootcamp site and signed up to join the 4-day program after that.

Day one is the Real Futures Get Ready Workshop which prepares participants to thrive in the workplace. The following 3-days, they were on-site in Campbelltown, getting hands-on experience in all the different construction fields, learning new skills, and shaping their future careers.

After graduating, Haley and Evelyn have kept pursuing their ambitions, completing the White Card, Confined Spaces and Working at Heights certifications.

We love how motivated this duo is and can’t wait to support them in their exciting construction careers!
