Christianna is a strong advocate for gender equality and has driven the implementation and progress of the Women’s Business Second Chance Hub to create best practice and enthusiasm for innovative ideas that can be applied to achieve the advancement and success of First Nations Women.
Currenting on 6-month secondment, Christianna is leading all of the First Nations businesses within AKG which includes RISE Ventures, Nyirrunggulung-RISE, Real Futures and RN Employment.

Kaylee has industry experience in architecture and urban and landscape design. She has a comprehensive understanding of major infrastructure projects and has led Traditional Owner collaborations that elevate cultural wisdom, protect Country, and forge long-term relationships.
With postgraduate qualifications, Kaylee approaches business development and policy development analytically to achieve sustainable outcomes. Her years of experience and go-getter attitude can transform companies into inclusive, diverse organisations that navigate the landscape with ease.
Kaylee is the Victorian Director for the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Womens Alliance (NATSIWA) and a newly formed Indigenous women’s foundation that will launch in 2023. Kaylee is passionate and dedicated to Indigenous women’s empowerment and improving outcomes to promote gender equality. In 2023, Kaylee was selected to form part of the official Australian Government Delegation for the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. Her United Nations journey to improve gender equality for Indigenous women and girls around the world will continue in 2024 and beyond.

Theresa brings with her over 20 years of distinguished experience in Public Service, including roles in Corrections, Parliament, and five impactful years as a Specialist Aboriginal Community Engagement Officer for the NSW Department of Customer Service. Most recently, she served as Project Manager for the Respect at Work Legal Service at Legal Aid NSW.
Theresa is experienced and passionate about best practice, ethical and credible community engagement, and dedicated to fostering development opportunities for Aboriginal staff to support their personal and professional goals. She is a hands-on leader who values contribution through action.
As a mother of two daughters and grandmother to two granddaughters, Theresa brings deep personal investment to our mission—committed to creating opportunities for Aboriginal women and girls to dream big, plan well, and achieve success.
